Liz is a therapist for adults, adolescents, and couples. She holds a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and aims to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment where individuals can share all parts of themselves and be met with acceptance and understanding. Her style is relational, meaning she desires to create a space to truly listen and engage with clients and work collaboratively as a team. She feels comfortable utilizing an integrated approach that synthesizes Christian values with research based practices if desired.
Primarily Liz works from an attachment-based and interpersonal approach. She utilizes many types of interventions including trauma-informed processing (Brainspotting, IFS), somatic interventions, attachment-based interventions, and research-backed psychoeducation. She enjoys and is comfortable with incorporating the Enneagram into her work with clients as well.
She is currently taking on new clients in person or via Telehealth. Please reach out to learn more!
